This section is a technical reference for maintainers of the Starlink SGML set. The documentation here may be provisional, or irrelevant, or use terminology not defined elsewhere in the document. Any functionality described here may change between releases without warning, and without preserving backward-compatibility. It is included as an appendix in this user-level documentation for the benefit of those maintaining the set, and for any others who are interested.
