The installation procedure should be standard. When you have
unpacked the distribution, define the SYSTEM and INSTALL
environment variables as usual, and type
This will install the DTD, DSSSL scripts and documentation in the correct places. As noted in Section 6.1, you prepare the set for use by sourcing one of two scripts.% ./mk build % ./mk install
This will also install a patched version of Jade, and an
appropriate copy of the dvi2bitmap package.
