The programcode DTD described here is the same for all languages. When you invoke it, however, you do so using a document type declaration specific to the language of the program being documented. See Section 5.2 for details.
As noted above, in Section 5.1.2, the programcode includes the same paragraph model as the Starlink General DTD. In the element listing below, therefore, these are not duplicated separately, but instead consist of a reference to the appropriate part of the General DTD's documentation.
