JUMBO is an XML browser/editor.
HyBrick is an SGML/XML browser with XLink/XPointer
support. Unfortunately, it's only available for Windows.
The Document With Style kit is a browser add-on for
DSSSL formatting of SGML and XML documents. It currently (Feb 1999) works with
MSIE, but Mozilla support is promised. From the same source, an
account of the
Talva SGML/XML Kit, which includes notes on converting to
HTML+CSS.
