The routinelist element contains one or more codecollection elements.
The routinelist element can be included in any of the sectioning
elements of Section 4.2, and replaces any other content that
section might have. It contains one or
more codecollection elements, each of which makes a link between the
general documentation and a specific file marked up using the
programcode DTD. See Section 5 for details.
These elements are available only if the document type has the `Routinelist' feature enabled. See Section 4.1.
