Theory resources

Miscellaneous resources for theory/numerical computing. This should expand significantly in the future.

I usually point to local mirrors of software here (usually netlib) - in these cases I include a pointer to the master archive behind an asterisk.

These were assembled partly in support of a Starlink project to put together a Theory Resources Cookbook. That's now available at <http://www.astro.gla.ac.uk/users/norman/star/trc/>, somewhat better organised than the miscellanea here.
