One of the classic descriptions of CSHKP, where the suggestion was
that a "thermal nonequilibrium" rather than a "plasma instability" might
provide the basic impetus for the eruption.
These words may not have withstood the test of time, but this cartoon looks like
the current CSHKP state of the art, perhaps anticipating the
Sturrock "embolism" cartoon.
