Invitation for a seminar in Glasgow

Dear XXX,

I am organising the seminar programme for the Astronomy & Astrophysics group in Glasgow. I would like to invite you to give us a seminar on your research, e.g. on XXX. The seminars usually take place in the afternoon on Thursdays. At the moment, there are many possible dates between October 2010 and May 2011.  We will of course cover reasonable costs.

Please let me know at your earliest convenience if you would like to accept and what dates suit you best.
