C.1.23 Element docdate

C.1.23.1 Description

The document date. The format is `dd-MMM-yyyy' - a two-digit day of the month, the month as three uppercase letters (`JAN', `FEB', and so on), and a four-digit year.

This element will appear in the docinfo element of those DTDs which do not have a history element.
