6.2 sgml2docs

You should use the command sgml2docs to process your SGML documents. See sgml2docs for detailed documentation, or give the command sgml2docs --help for a quick summary.

The sgml2docs option --jadeflags allows you to do some limited customisation of the output. See Appendix E.1.3.2. There are some groups of Jade flags which can more conveniently be set using options, using the --options argument. The LaTeX output has options cts-sect (do not start a new page with each new section), cts-appx (same, for appendices), and onepass (produce output which needs only a single pass through LaTeX, which means that the table-of-contents ends up printed last, requiring trivial rearrangement).
