This program uses an appropriate downconverter to generate a Starlink HLP file from an SGML source document which conforms to the PROGRAMCODE DTD. The resulting HLP file can be fed to the HLIB program to generate a .shl help library as per SUN/124.
Example 1:
sgml2hlp routines.sgml > package.hlp
The file routines.sgml, which should conform to the
Programcode DTD, is processed to produce a .hlp file,
which can be used directly by the HLP facility.
The program requires that the environment variable
STARLINK_SGML_DIR is properly set, pointing to the root
of the Starlink SGML kit.
The following binaries must be in the path:
