The minimum strength of those features to be used for initial line identifications.
This is given as the ratio of the strongest feature in the order to the strength of the weakest feature to be used. Any features of strength greater than or equal to max/TUNE_IDSTRNG will be included in the initial set.
For example, with TUNE_IDSTRNG=10.0 all features which are at least one tenth as strong of the strongest feature will be eligible for identification.
The default value is 10.0.
