Image Display

During some stages of processing (e.g. tracing) ECHOMOP will output images on the graphics display device. The current graphics device is used and must therefore be capable of grayscale output. (GKS devices will simulate this by dithering). If you want ECHOMOP to use this capability (which is CPU intensive) when plotting graphs during processing then set DISPLAY=YES.

The imaging capability is used in the following situations:

    - overlay order traces on traced image
    - overlay dekker and object limits on extracted image

The ech_plot task also uses imaging capabilities when operated in `BROWSE' and `GRAYSCALE' modes of operation (See ECH_PLOT). These modes are not effected by the DISPLAY parameter.
