Function

Enforce consistency amongst order trace fits.

Summary

This routine models the relationship between inter-order-centre gap as a function of Y-position. This model is re-evaluated at each X-coordinate, and the deviations of each fitted trace point are evaluated. Deviant points are replaced by the model predictions and then the order is re-fitted with a new polynomial.
