Over the Areuapass, Summer 2004
This is a classic hike in Rheinwald. The start is in Splügen. Over Tamboalp and Areuapass the path leads down to the Valley of Areua and to Nufenen. Depending on whether you prefer descending or climbing 700 meters of hight almost vertically, you can of course make the tour in the opposite direction.
