Preliminary analysis of S3 injection for H1

Below can be found pdfs and contour plots for the inferred parameters (h_0, phi_0, psi and cosiota) of all 10 pulsars injected into the first 4 days of the S3 run. The best fit values (along with actual values for the public pulsars) are tabulated.

Inferred h0 and phi0 for H1 and H2

Below are the inferred values of h0 and phi0 for the 4 loudest injections (PSRs 3, 4, 8, 9). h0 and phi0 are shown being as they are the parameters furthest from the injected values.

Inferred values of h0 are found to be consistently lower than the injected values in H1 and consistently higher in H2. Values of phi0 are consistent between the 2 IFOs, but not with that injected (see table below).
