Isle of Skye, UK, 28th May - 8th June 2007

Detailed travel information

1.   Participants attending for the entire Summer School

We are providing a coach to transfer participants to Skye on Monday 28th May.  The coach will leave at  1100  from Cowcaddens Road, adjacent to Glasgow Caledonian University  (see map), and a short walk from Glasgow Queen St and Glasgow Central railway stations.  It will then call by the Sandyford and Heritage Hotels (where many participants are staying on May 27th).  You should only board the coach at Glasgow Caledonian University if you are NOT staying in either of these hotels on Sunday May 27th.

A return coach service will leave Skye on  Friday 8th June  at  1200,  arriving in Glasgow at approximately 1800.

We have arranged overnight accommodation in Glasgow on  Sunday 27th May  and/or  Friday 8th June  for any participants who have indicated that they require it.  Accommodation is in either the Heritage or Sandyford Hotel.

Details of their Glasgow accommodation  (including information on how to get there from Glasgow Airport)  has been emailed to participants.  Please contact us if you have not received it.
