Time scales of the high-frequency (500-1500 MHz) slowly drifting pulsating structure observed during the April 12, 2001 flare by the Ondrejov and Potsdam radiospectrographs and by the 1420 and 610 MHz Trieste radiopolarimeter (with the time resolution 1 ms) are studied statistically. The Fourier and wavelet methods reveal periods in the range of 0.5-7.5 seconds and the Fourier spectra showing the power-law form in the 0.04-0.18 s interval with their power-law index in the -1.3 - -1.6 range. The results are interpreted using the flare model with the plasmoid ejection.
