Times change, and I haven't been maintaining these links since 2001; that means that the collection of links and syntheses is now uselessly out of date.
So the link collection has been retired, is unadvertised, and you're here, presumably, only because you followed a link in Google or in someone else's link collection. Shame on them, for being so dilatory in their maintainance! Even the note saying 'do not follow this link' was last changed in 2004, and robots told to ignore it.
