The lunch has been booked for Wednesday the 21st of December at 1:00pm. The total cost is £26 pounds, £10 of which is the deposit. We would appreciate the first installment of £10 to be paid by the end of October.
You can hand money to Iain, Alan or Jen. Iain can usually be found in room 204 or at coffee, Alan in the switch room or room 461 and Jen in her office (room 465). The remainder of the money will be collected in a second installment prior to the lunch.
Anyone wishing to pay the full amount now is welcome to do so!
If anyone else would like to come to the lunch, please let us know as soon as possible so that we can alter the booking.
