Registration and abstract submission is handled by a separate website.

As the abstract submission deadline has passed, registration is a one step process:
- Create a login, register your details and pay (card payment or bank transfer)
You will be able to return to this site, login and view your submitted information, total fees and abstract.

Registration and abstract submission:
Abstract submission will close at the earlybird deadline, after this date you can still register but will have to pay the full rates, listed below.
We would encourage delegates not to leave registration/payment and abstract submission to the last minute of the early bird deadline, especially as abstracts can only be submitted once registration and payment is confirmed.
The conference registration fees are:

The fees include coffee breaks and a prepaid lunch card to be used at University catering outlets. The price for RAS fellows is reduced by 10%, shown in blue.
There is an additional charge of £44.75 per person (included are a welcome drink, drinks during the meal and the ceilidh) to attend the conference dinner and ceilidh in the Kelvingrove Art Galleries and Museum. The conference reception in Glasgow City Chambers is free but we require delegates to request a free ticket when registering.
