cartoon attempts to incorporate decimetric radio observations of
"Drifting Pulsating Structures" (DPS) into a generalization of the
CSHKP standard model.
Multiple islands in the erupting plasmoid
are envisioned, and these entrain particles accelerated by the
reconnnection process itself.
